Whole Grains – Making Better Bread and Supporting Ohio Farmers
Andrew Fisher, Breadmaker, moved back to his hometown of Dayton with his wife and two young daughters in the summer of 2020 after a decade of working in the Columbus food and bread scene. A summer of baking bread for neighbors led to him starting his own home bakery and he now frequents several local farmers markets. He is a proponent of sourdough and Ohio-grown organic grains which he frequently highlights in his breads. Andrew has a stand at the 2nd Street Market. He will be bringing artisan bread samples.
